2018 Varsity Coaching Staff
Matt Diamond Head Coach

Coach Diamond is entering into his first season as the Head Coach at Conestoga. Coach Diamond is a 1998 graduate of Conestoga High School, serving as team captain in both football and baseball. In football, Matt was first-team all-area as a defensive back and quarterback. Matt played college football at Gettysburg College, where he was a 4 year starter and received all-league recognition his senior year as a defensive back. After graduation in 2002, Matt coached defensive back at Bigglerville High School outside of Gettysburg. In November of 2016 Matt was inducted into the T/E Old Timer’s Conestoga High School Football Hall of Fame. Matt, a teacher at Valley Forge Elementary since 2005, and his wife Krissy, also a teacher in the district, have 4 kids. Matt is also the Head Varsity Baseball Coach for Conestoga.
Matt Kaminskas
Assistant Coach

Coach Kaminskas is in his third year with the Pioneers. Matt Graduated from Conestoga in 2008 as a 3 year varsity letterman and served as team captain. Coach Kaminskas attended Kutztown University where he played defensive end and was part of the PSAC championship team in 2011. Matt graduated with a bachelors in history and is currently earning his teaching degree at Cabrini College. In 2015 Matt was a defensive line coach at Valley Forge Military College. Currently, Matt holds a position in Conestoga as part of the security team. Matt will be coaching the defense for the Pioneers.
Tre Hadrick
Assistant Coach
Coach Hadrick is entering his 3rd year on the varsity coaching staff. Tre graduated from Norristown Area High School where he was a 3 year letter winner, tri-captain and earned All State, All Area and All League honors (tight end, linebacker, defensive back and punter). He attended Auburn University and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical(NCA&T) State University. While at Auburn, Tre was part of the 2000 Southeastern Conference Western Division Champions. Tre transferred to A&T in 2001 and was a 4 year letter winner, 3 year starter (fullback/tight end), and part of the 2003 Mideastern Athletic Conference Champions. Coach Hadrick has a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a master's degree in School Counseling. Tre has 5 years football coaching experience on the high school and middle school levels. He has been middle school counselor at Eisenhower Science and Technology Leadership Academy since 2011. Tre is married to Duperly and they have a son, Ernesto and a dog, Mojo. Coach Hadrick will be working with our Running Backs and Special Teams.
Gordon Davis
Assistant Coach

Coach Davis returns to Conestoga to work with the offensive and defensive lines. Previously, Davis served as the run-game coordinator at Archbishop Carroll and looks to bring his knowledge of that side of the ball. A 2004 graduate of Strath Haven High School, Gordon played offensive line for the Panthers. After high school, Coach Davis played 4 years of varsity offensive line at Delaware Valley College where he earned Middle Atlantic Conference honors in Academics as the Aggies won several conference championships. Coach Davis later earned his Master’s in Education from West Chester University and has taught English and science in the T/E school district for the past 9 years. In the spring, Gordon coaches middle school lacrosse at TEMS. Gordon and his wife, Jenna, live in Upper Merion.
Justin Davey
Assistant Coach
Justin Davey is entering his 3rd year on the varsity coaching staff. He is a graduate of North Penn High School and West Chester University. While at High School, Justin was a 3 letter winner at the quarterback and defensive back positions. Justin still holds multiple season and career passing records at North Penn. He is a 5th year AP Economics teacher at Conestoga. Justin is also the Assistant Head coach of the Varsity Baseball team. Coach Davey will be working with our quarterbacks.
Justin Golden
Assistant Coach
Justin Golden is entering his first year on the Pioneer coaching staff. Coach Golden has a strong football background of both playing and coaching. Golden is a 1995 graduate from Dublin Coffman High School in Ohio. He received a full scholarship to play linebacker at Toledo from 95-99. Coach Golden coached at Episcopal Academy in 2008-2009 and at Malvern Prep from 2010-2017. Golden is the proud owner of “Bodies in Motion, CPT Personal Training/Strength and Conditioning. Justin has 3 children, Sienna (12), Chase (10), and Scarlett (7). Justin will be working with our linebackers and our defense.
Eric Javie
Assistant Coach
Coach Javie graduated from Conestoga High School in 2013 where he played 4 years of football as a center on the offensive line. After graduation he attended Stevenson University in Owings Mills Maryland where he continued to play football as a tackle on the offensive line for all 4 years. Eric graduated Stevenson in 2017 with a degree in business administration. Coach Javie will be working with our offensive and defensive line.
Coach Ricci has local roots, having played his high school football at Conestoga. He went on to play lacrosse at Loyola University, where he was an All-American and the ECAC Player of the Year. Coach Ricci has spent the last 10 seasons playing Major League Lacrosse. While at Conestoga Ricci was a 3 year letter winner in football twice earning 1st team all Central League at WR and DB. Ricci also earned 1st team All Southeastern PA as a WR his Senior year. Coach Ricci will be working with our WR's and DB's.

Sonny is back with the Conestoga Football team for his sixth year as Graduate Assistant Coach. Sonny is a 2013 graduate of Conestoga High School where he played on the Varsity Football team his senior year. Sonny's positive attitude, helpfulness and enthusiasm bring much joy to the Conestoga Football team. Sonny personifies "Stoga Proud".

Team Manager
Jon Stanton is a senior who serves as the Team Manager for the Pioneers. Jon also serves as the manager for both the Varsity Basketball and Baseball programs.
